As far as I know you don't need anything to get your account bad. Either they'll tell you what you bought/when you did it from the logs or they'll unban you and say sorry. None of us can really help you though. :\ Hope it works out. |

Typically accounts are locked with that 045 error when they suspect it has been accessed by someone who shouldn't have, to protect the account from further internet-rape. In other words, you may have been hacked, Anet saw it, and locked your account so no one (evil ) can log into it until they figure out what it was. |

Nope. I cant even afford a box of tissue let alone buy something from the store. i have proof i was last in my gh before i got the error 7. i was chatting with my gl about items i need to farm for my sin. then i said i was going to lunch. set my girl to afk and looked on guru (halloween art thread) then went to eat came back to error 007. and now this stuff is happening. my friend thinks i might have pissed off a guru person/gw person a nd they lied about me. i dont know what to do now.

from experience it doesnt happen within hours. if they did get a report, it would take a few days at minimum for them to take action. and they check logs against what was complained on. say you were reported for language. they will require detailed information about it like who what when where and why. not saying your guilty but if someone was out to get you they have logs that they check to make sure its true. they dont just ban for pointing fingers. perhaps they mistyped the name. or you were the name on the next line and read the line wrong. i hope you get it worked out but sounds like a gltich.

yeah i checked wiki they said it is and connection issue. i can only hope this wont take weeks to get fixed. and they will show me proof that i did what they say i did. which would be kinda hard since i was eating lunch when i was afk. and if i did piss someone off on guru/gw enough they would lie about me i am sorry for what ever i did or said.

007 code is just a break in connection. Somewhere between your PC and the server there's been a break in connection for long enough for the game to time out.
I get it when my flakey wifi drops, although it can happen at other times as well |

I could be wrong, but I thought you would get a 007 error if someone else logs into your acct.
Lets say you're logged in, but AFK. While you're gone, your brother across town who knows your password logs in. It will disconnect you and he will start playing on the account. You get back and see the 007 error. At this point you could log back in and it would kick out your brother. If you've been hacked then you need to double and triple check your computer for viruses or keyloggers. This is the most likely cause of your problems. Your account was hacked and the hacker used it to sell gold. If this is the case, Arena net should notice that your account was accessed from a different IP address and restore the account to you. However it wouldn't be wise to use it until you find out how it was stolen. If it is a keylogger, it will simply be taken again. |

Based on the timing, I'm guessing your 007 was either (1) ANet implementing the actual ban, thus disconnecting you, or (2) a hack attempt intercepted by ANet.
In general 007's happen for all sorts of connection problems. I get them all the time on days with really bad lag, and I've also seen it when I forgot I was already logged in somewhere else when I used another computer. But this one preceded a 045, which usually narrows it down to the 2 options above. If you have the time, how about scanning for viruses / spyware / keyloggers as a few people have already suggested. If your case gets complicated, then ANet will probably ask you at some point if you have done so. I'm not current on the latest & greatest, but over the last several years I've used and come to trust aVast Home for antivirus and Spybot Search & Destroy for spyware/keylogger detection. They're both freeware and better than Norton. Never had any malware get past them. It's a better use of time than frantically keeping up with guru posts, although I know the compulsion, lol. If you didn't buy anything from the online store over the weekend, then your case is different than all these other recent ones anyway, so no need to follow the developments closely. Best of luck to you. |

thanks to you all. i did a virus check a short one thought and other the usual cookies it said i didnt have any issues. and yeah i've been 007 before due to fast salvaging, flaking connection extra. this is first time i ever got a 045 code. i can only hope anet will help me soon and that is just a error on their point and not a hack. because i got a lot of items i wont be able to replace. does anyone know how long it usually takes them?

you already know the issue, and already contacted support. why would you need to contact gaile? you dont want to become an annoyance and risk turning this into a perma ban.
